What to expect
Nestled in the hills of Camp Springs, Oakland is a small church with a big heart. We focus on worship, music and discipleship.
Our church stands upon the historic original stone building of the first Oakland church, with the current basement serving as the Oakland school until 1915. The church was remodeled during 1929, nestled in the valley on Four & Twelve Mile road. After the construction of the AA Highway, it was opened up to all the neighboring areas. Soon after, the road was changed to Stonehouse Road. We've made several additions and changes over the years, our most recent being one of the largest. We've added a beautiful 225 seat sanctuary. The existing historical stone building will remain intact and will become our greeting area.
